CHARACTERISTICS


1. Ultra-precise tension and meandering control

- Tension Control: Maintain a constant fine tension throughout the transfer process to prevent film from stretching or crying to prevent deformation of the material

- EPC(Edge Position Control): Maximize process accuracy with a meandering control system that corrects position in real time to prevent material from being shifted to one side during transportation


2. High Quality Continuous Process Module

- In-line Cleaning: Fine foreign matter on moving film surfaces can be removed in real time using a non-contact method or a precision brush

- Uniform Coating/Etching: By combining wet process know-how optimized for flexible material properties, uniform thin film formation and etching performance over a large area


3. Maximize productivity and prevent material damage

- Continuous production system: Batch method (substrate processing) dramatically improves production speed by seamlessly processing materials

- Scratch-Free Transfer: Roller surface treatment and special transport path design to prevent scratches and damage to the surface of the material
